This death certificate does not list Wanda's middle name. Wanda's full name was Wanda Rose Crago.

Wanda always spelled her surname Craigo, however her birth certificate list her as Crago.

Wanda's address listed on her death certificate was actually the address of her grandparents, Walter B. & Rosa Maude Crago.

This death certificate claims that her usual occupation was student. That to the best of my knowledge is simply not true.

Wanda first worked for United Fuel Gas and later for Union Carbide at the Institute Plant.

Wanda was working at Union Carbide at the time that she was exposed to tuberculosis.

While helping with the clean up efforts following a flood at the Union Carbide - Institute Plant, Wanda was exposed to and developed tuberculosis.
