Phillip Ray Craigo Mr. Phillip Ray Craigo, 57, passed away April 19, 2015 at his Lake City home. Phillip was born in Cleveland, OH, graduating from Ridgewood High School in West Lafayette OH. He was a carpenter by trade. He enjoyed going to the beach and riding motorcycles. He loved spending time with family and friends. Phillip is preceded in death by his father Phillip Sheridan Craigo and his sister, Brenda Craigo. He is survived by his sons: Jamie and Justin Craigo; grandson: Joseph; granddaughter, Alexa; mother, Georgia Craigo; sister, Beth Craigo Minter (Johnnie Jennings; 3 brother, Richard (Janet) Craigo, Robert Craigo, Gary (April) Craigo, all of Lake City; 1 uncle, Chester (Sharon) Bevel of Spencer, WV, Special cousin Ruby Bevel Bell of Monroe, GA. Hosts of nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
