ELKHART -- Patricia Ann Craigo, 74, of Elkhart, died of natural causes at 6 a.m. Monday (Dec. 7, 2009) at Golden Living Center.

She was born on Nov. 20, 1935, in Mammoth, W.Va., to William and Sarah (Perry) Snead.

She married Raymond Earl Craigo on July 17, 1954, in Cedar Grove, W.Va. He died on Oct. 13, 1989.

Surviving are three daughters, Cathy (Cary) McAfee of Osceola, Karen Kidder and Rebecca (Jon) Nusbaum, both of Elkhart; seven grandchildren; three brothers, Larry (Iris) Snead and Charles (Linda) Snead, both of Elkhart, and John (Linda) Snead of North Olmstead, Ohio; and two sisters, Claudette Chadwell of Glenville, W.Va., and Carolyn (Jimmy) Kinder of Westlake, Ohio.

A sister and a grandchild are deceased.

Mrs. Craigo worked for 25 years in retail at Rink Department Store and retired after 15 years at E.R. Carpenter. She was a member of Moose Lodge 599 in Elkhart.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home, 700 E. Jackson Blvd., Elkhart.

The funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, officiated by Pastor Carl Henry of Northside Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Rice Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to the family through the funeral home.
