Mrs. Fauber entered into rest November 14, 2008, at Christus Schumpert Grace Home. She was a teacher with The ARC of Caddo-Bossier with twenty-seven years of service, was born in Charleston, W.Va., and resided in Bossier City, La .

Martha was preceded in death by her daughter, Virginia E. Fauber; and her parents, Cecil and Hazel Craigo.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-two years, George D. Fauber; son, George D. Fauber Jr. and wife Antionette of Haughton, La.; two sisters, Mary Puterbaugh of Elwood, Ind., and Margorie Young of Whitewater, Wis.; and two grandchildren, George D. (Trey) Fauber III and Danielle S. Fauber.

Pallbearers will be Coy Elledge, Randy Elledge, Ken Bush, Keith Bush, Mike Walthall, and Scott McGuire.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or to The ARC of Caddo-Bossier, 351 Jordan Street, Shreveport, LA 71101.
