John Craigo - Red House
John Craigo, 76, of Red House, died Saturday, Jan. 19, 1991, in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a long illness. He was a lifelong resident of Red House, a farmer and former coal miner. He was a retired operator for Ohio Apex Co., Nitro, with 12 years of service. He was a member of the UMW and Lone Oak Church of God Mission. Surviving: wife, Evelyn M. "Babe"; daughter, Becky King of Red House; sons, John L. "Tom" of Liberty, James R. "Bill,' Jack and Tony, of Red House, Mike of Crown Hill; sister, Susie Lewis of Red House; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lone Oak Church of God Mission, Red House, with the Rev. John Taylor and the Rev. W. David Lett officiating. Entombment will be in Haven of Rest Mausoleum, Red House. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Gatens Funeral Home, Poca, and one hour prior to service at the church.
