OLEN OTIS CRAGO (JAMES ALLEN, JOHN MADISON, JAMES, GEORGE) was born 20 April 1909 in Putnam Co. WV, and died 3 April 1971.  He married THELMA PERSINGER Private, daughter of HERBERT PERSINGER and NAOMI CRAIGO.  She was born 18 October 1918 and died 19 May 1998.
