FREDA GRACE CARVER (EMMA DELL CRAIGO, MADISON, GEORGE CRAGO) was born 05 August 1897 in Plymouth, Luzerne, Pennsylvania, and died 10 May 1988 in Arthur B. Hodges Center.  She married OPHIA LETCHER PARSONS 23 November 1916, son of THOMAS PARSONS and ANNA ROLLINGS.  He was born 14 May 1890 in Ripley, Jackson, West Virginia, and died 07 January 1971 in Charleston, Kanawha, West Virginia.

Child of FREDA CARVER and OPHIA PARSONS is:          

i. VIRGINIA PARSONS, b. Private.

 

Notes:

I doubt that the place of birth I have listed above for Freda is accurate.

My guess is that she was born in Plymouth, Putnam County, W.Va. not

Plymouth, Luzerne, Pennsylvania.
