CYNTHIA CRAGO (GEORGE CRAGO) was born 1827 in Virginia.  She married JAMES KERSEY 23 January 1848 in Putnam Co, WV.  He was born 1819 in Ohio.

Children of CYNTHIA CRAGO and JAMES KERSEY are:

i. AMELIA EMMA KERSEY, m. HENRY LANIS YOUNG, 11 December 1876, Putnam Co, WV.

ii. AMIZETTA KERSEY, b. 28 August 1864, Putnam County, West Virginia.

iii. GEORGE KERSEY.

iv. JAMES HARVE KERSEY.

v. WILLIAM HARRISON KERSEY, b. 29 March 1854, Kanawha County, Va.; d. 14 September 1936, Belle, Kanawha County, W.Va..

There have been at least three Crago-Kersey marriages.

James Harve Kersey & Roseanna J. Crago

James Harve Kersey was the son of Cynthia Crago & James Kersey.

Roseanna J. Crago was the daughter of James Crago & Susan Jane Scott.

Also Madison Crago married Angeline Kersey.

According to the research of the late William Ernest Craigo Jr., Madison & Angeline were cousins.
